Returns

Because Maison Lune sells intimate apparel, returns are reviewed carefully for hygiene and resale safety.

• Contact support within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back.
• Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.
• Opened, worn, washed, altered, or hygiene-sensitive items may not be returnable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we made a fulfilment mistake or the item arrived defective.

Include your order number and clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or has a quality issue.
